BAA3.0 is my ball-jointed doll project, which's coming along pretty nicely. Sure few things still need a lot of fixing, but it's getting there.

KiTSUNE continues *NSFW

Finally after all the school work I gave myself one free day of school work. So I decided to work on my dolly project a bit. Her head and middle body have been like that for ages now, but as everyone can see, they also still need a bit of a job, but they're getting there. Legs need some serious work still but it's all coming a long.

I hope to order some resin in March-April. So still quite a bit of work to be done in rather a short time, but I somewhat decided to keep this my own little project so I'm going to forgive myself all the errors and stuff for now.

Project KiTSUNE and Baa

I've gotten into making my own custom BJD REAAAALLLLYYY badly. But I absolutely love it!

So let me present you my two on-going projects..



First, my very first proper try at making dolls. My project Baa with Baa0.1 (the big one) and Baa0.2(small one). They're both made at a doll making course in Oulu Opisto with few of my friends. <3 They're both out of Fimo, which I don't really like that much but will do for now. I am not completely pleased with the Baa0.2 so there'll be a Baa0.3. She'll be about 35cm tall, hopefully. I don't really have any sorts of plans, which probably ain't the best idea... But never the less, enjoy! Concept of Baa

Now for the most interesting project! Project KiTSUNE (yes written in a dorky way)! I'm so happy and excited with this and with its wonky, way-too-big eyes. <3 I totally love it so far. The lips were somewhat difficult but they're coming along too. She will be cast in resin for sure! Hopefully in sometime Spring or Summer and I've got great expectations for her and ideas. I first thought of making only one of her, but if there's more interest and I'd perhaps want to surprise few of my closest friends I may cast more of her. (So MAYBE one day you may get a box from me, teehee. Lol I'll become more famous than sOom. XD) She still needs a lot of sculpting and like... a ton of sanding but she's coming along. I've used Super Sculpey on her, which is absolutely great to work with and I recommend it to anyone sculpting! But without further a due... Project KiTSUNE! Concept done ages ago. Found this sketch by somewhat of an accident and decided to use it.

Soom Ai mod - New Ayala!

Finally got my hands on another sOom Ai sleepy-head and for the first time in my life, I modified eyes open and gave her a new darker face up.

Drew some dragons, yaaa-aaay. I haven’t really drawn dragons since I was about… 13 and living in US, but today Tiia drew some dragons so I wanted to try too!
